She stands 5'3
brown eyes
and brown skin

cute lips
nice shape
and only a couple of friends

understands that there are females who stand for nothing
but here mentality is more than that
her mind state is strong

see she doesn't care about who you or i want her to be
she will continue to proudly be who she is

a young woman
who is determined
and too intelligent to follow someone else's shadow

she doesn't chase after any boy
and hasn't found MR.RIGHT
so i told her...
one day you will find your prince
but until then like a fairy tale
let these frogs continue to hop
and save your kiss

she doesn't fully understand love
but really it is as simple as a phone call

yeah she bad
walk with her head held high
i then again told her young woman
open your eyes
you are a unspoken queen
with unspoken thoughts

she smiled and said thank you
kinda silly
and and has her head in the right place

has big dreams
that no one can erase...

she has reached the moment in her life where she says
"I'm so close to my last tear"
but i ask her??
why do you cry
when god is always near...

intimidation is not in her vocabulary
it is a point less word to use...
her beauty is vivid
and she has no reason to compare

she'll make it in life
and you ask me...
how do i know?

BECAUSE THIS GIRL IS ME....

    I think it's cool. A few errors here and there but those can always be fixed. I like how at the end when I find out it's you that the poem almost seems like you were telling yourself things. Awww another person taller than me. :( lol. I shall always be the short blond girl. Or at least that's what people call me when they don't know my name. :) I'll give it a five. It usually isn't my type of poetry but I really enjoyed it. It just made me wonder what it is about this girl that's so important to write about until I found out in the end. I pictured it in my head. Then again what else would I picture it in? My foot? :)
