The title really caught my eye and I just had to read this one and I'm glad I did. Its very emotional. Not sure what others will get out of it, I'm sure everyone will have their own thoughts on it, but to me it portrays the life of a son/sons and they have died at war. It's very sad. Well done!

The first stanza took me as being
ones life seen in a flash of time
as the rest of the poem suggest
just before dying.
