I love this. Very deep and touching. I loved the whole concept of it and how you wrote it like it was a conversation. That was so effective and it made it way more interesting to read. The flow in it was amazing and your rhymes were perfect. The ending was also very strong.

I read this poem in the contest forum (same contest I'm in) and it really inspired me to try using longer lines in my poetry.
