You have an amzing talent

The emotions in this piece are very open and sincere,my only thought to offer help is,I think you could actually leave off the "What do you do" and just continue with the phrase like this...
What do you do when all you do is cry
When all hes been telling you is all these stupid lies
when hes the only one you think about
you know it's love,and you have no doubt

In poetry things are often implied but not said outright. and too much repition is not reccomended.
You did an excellent job for a first poem,if I can ever help let me know.

This is a very good poem! and so true..

I just wrote a poem like this, "Three Small Words". and for the critiqe is, make sure you have things in check. I saw some words unfinished. like the last line it says "on" when I know you ment "one" but over all a 5/5
