I 'm not a fan of love poems
got attracted by the title.
and.. i loved it!
i guess cause it really touched me, and i could related to it. simple word choice, but the emotion is there. you just pictured everything.
feels as though -she's- (don't know if it's taken from your own experience) just abandoning herself to her heart, and to her love.(which could hurtfull)
the repeating -if- just makes everything flow along.

-so you'll just have to trust me when i tell you i love you.
though i know you lying when
you say you love me too. - that was my favourite stanza

very beautiful (if im not wrong, you put a lot of yourself in this one)
