We are not together but I still have love in my heart for him even though I haven’t seen him in 9 years. I will never forget him but also learnt a lot of lessons from him. It was never meant to be. Thank you for your reply :) it’s very interesting to read back over such old poems.

I'm sorry to hear this, but as you say, lessons have been learnt, so it was a worthwhile experience. Life is a lesson.
I often read over my old work - its good to see how far we've come.
