You used the word 'love' in here way too many times for it to not get overboard repetitive.

It was a little cliche, since love poems are often a very popular kind of poetry. You should try to stay away from saying things like "I love you so much" in poetry and add your own personal twist. Something that says that it's *you* who loves this other person. Something to make it unique, something about your relationship that is different form others.
