I loved these last two stanzas. Because the smallest of things in life sometimes are the best. The beauty from within is where you will find your happiness. What a wonderful lesson to leave for your children.

Vivid imagery and a powerful message. Love is all that matters and true beauty is only skin deep. The flow was excellent and the poem was wonderful from beginning to end.

Oh, how utterly amazing! Such a wonderful lesson for everyone. I love the messages this contains, from not judging people/things from their appearance or first impression, to realizing that everyone and everything has a purpose for its existence. Self-worth is just as important to accept as the worth of others.

The flow was magnificent and the comparisons were simple enough for the young'uns to understand and still deep enough to not bore the adults.

Truly inspiring!

I think this is not only a really beautiful piece of literature, but you have written it perfectly for your target audience. It's a no nonsense poem that can appeal to everybody at a base level. Just reading it makes you think of childhood as it was and how it should be, really brings the kid in me out.

I love the message behind the writing, beauty is not just skin deep, and don't judge something from first glance.
