Powerful and emotional piece. I can relate to this in a way...
You have truly great rhymes and flow in the whole piece.
My favorite stanza is:

-A love so strong to kill the pain
To remove the cuts at last
But still I have my habit's stain
The scars don't fade so fast-

^^ Beautiful opening there. So much depth and emotion that I'm brought right into the piece immedietly.

^^ My favourite stanza of the poem, hands down. Those lines are amazing, so much power and emotion coupled with such beautifully detailed imagery that it creates vivid visuals for me as the reader.

"I hate the way I used to be
Until the day I was kissed
His love made me clearly see
All that I had missed "

^^ That makes for a wonderful ending, wrapping the piece up so perfectly, and I love the transistion from melancholy to hope, I thought that was beautifully done.

Your flow was wonderful in this piece, while the imagery was wonderfully created...beautifully written.

This poem is very interesting, I enjoyed in every line and I truly like the way you wrote it. Emotions are expressed superbly and atmosphere of whole piece is very good and somehow captivating.
