First, the poem had a great story behind it. The title really caught me off guard because I didn't know what to expect. Lol. You have great wording and the flow wasn't off at all.
My favorite lines are-
"I swear I'm not homeless or a poor ole freak,
just some problems within and a bruised cheek"
