Wonderful love poem, filled with touching emotions. I like it from the beginning to the end, every stanza contains great descriptions.
    My favorite stanza is:

    -Incessant rough waters
    Tossed and turbulent
    Smoothed my edges
    Created a perfect fit
    Into the sacred hollow...
    ...of your heart-
    ^
    Very deep and beautiful

    Keep up!

    Beautiful poem, so touching.

    My quest for your light
    A brilliant beacon
    Pierced the emptiness
    Of night's deep despair
    Permeated the waters of destiny
Illuminated the harbour of our eternity
    You are...
    My blessing...
    ...my love

loved the ending.....feelings shared in best possible way.

    great write friend

all the best and take care

Oh, my goodness... you took my breath away, Miss Debbie! I'm so glad that I stopped by your profile to check out one of your recent poems. ;)

    "Incessant rough waters
    Tossed and turbulent
    Smoothed my edges
    Created a perfect fit
    Into the sacred hollow...
    ...of your heart"

For some unknown reasons, I think, I felt like I was being embraced by illusionary arms...

    "Gales of intrinsic sorrow
    Blown to steal my breath
Merely fanned the flames of faith
    Inflated the sails of determination
    For at journey's end...
    ...there was you"

Simply splendid... How the winds of trials and challenges in life goads you further towards the goal--towards him--is absolutely mesmerizing and inspirational, at the least. I am enchanted, yet again, by you.

    Happy Holidays!

Only a true lovers heart could release such wonderful verse. I have enjoyed this piece very much.

Lovely, I would have to say the second stanza was my favorite part but then again the lines, "blown to steal my breath, merely fanned the flames of faith" really took a hold on me.
I really liked the overall structure and organization of the poem, also, it contributed greatly to the rythm of the piece.

    Lovely read, beautiful words
