Hard Christmas

by Roxiee An   Dec 18, 2007

Christmas comes
We shout it for joy
This is the time
Everything is on a high

Away from these lights
Shadows gaze a guy
He just wants to be there
Where we all enjoy
Happy, cheerful and sharing wishes
Kind, loving and sending kisses
No, No
He is not weaker than you
No, No
Nothing more can he do

Cant blame our God,
He could have had no heart
Cant blame his mother,
He wouldnt be on this earth
For being so brave,
He can take the blame
But within the soul
He stills feel ashamed

Not his wish to steal it for bread
Not a crime, born to a girl unwed
He is called as the "Dirt of the bed"
No one ever knew his name was Fred

Christmas comes
We shout it for joy
This is the time
Everything is on a high

Away from these songs
Silence hears a girl
Just a half-day off
But not lucky enough
Does it all like a machine
She is axed, youre mean
No, No
She is not weaker than you
No, No
But nothing more can she do

Cant blame those young,
Her mother left four sons
Cant blame that man,
She let him be hard drunk

Kelly is the one, who works in that cold
A hundred Dollar pay is enough to get her bold
Family of five is what all she can hold
Be it death, wont let her body be sold

Christmas comes
We shout it for joy
This is the time
Everything is on a high

The story of a Fred
can never erase
The one named Kelly
will always fight in the race

No, No
They're not weaker than you
No, No
But nothing more can they do

We stand idle to count every hour
Wasting our days in useless talks
They let go those deadly assaults
Brought to life but made up of rocks

You are too weak to take up their fate
Just say-"I'm busy, let them wait
Life aint easy, we gotta live the pain"
But how many times have you cried in the rain??

Christmas comes
But not for everyone
You shout it for joy
And they never got a minute's fun
