Spirituality is living life daily, enjoying the fruits of the earth in alignment with universal, love, peace and joy. It starts with the self and ends with the self. The self you can equate with God, creator, the inner spirit, universe or consciousness.

Spirituality is not complicated, but why some make it so, I do not have a clue.

Imagine carrying a net around your body all the time. An open net. That is how it is carrying negativity. Soon you will accumulate a lot of garbage which will weigh you down. Some have carried it all their life. Do you recognise someone like that?

Music acts as a conduit between the physical realm and the spiritual.

A question to all who believe in God. If you believe that God created humankind all equally, why do people of faith fight one another, mistrust one another, think one is better than the other?

Life evolves as we intend. If we do not intend, we evolve by others intentions.

When you are serving another, when you are mocking another, when you are laughing with another, remember that you are doing each of those acts to the Creator in you and the other.

Religion stands for universal love, joy and peace. Where this is missing, then there is something missing in religion.

Why are so many people running away from religion today? Is it like a flower, beautiful from outside but the core is not? When the inside is as beautiful as the outside, then bees from all over flock and spread the pollen without any persuasion.

Love flows on the same path as fear and hatred. Where the latter two exists, there is no place for love to flow.
