Depression is a refection of the world around us. ppl don't just wake up one day and decide to become depressed. we are consumed by this unhappiness by the envorinment we live in and the amount of negative people around us

When all you've ever known is pain what have you got to compare it against. After a while you just get used to it, u hate it but it becomes your norm. So how can i get better if i have never actually ever been well????
