I wish I could make you love me. I wish I could hand you my heart to keep and treasure. But, I know I could never do that. So, I'm waiting.

You say you're a happy person and you love happy people.
And so everytime I'm around you I am happy. This is because you make me this way. I am not posing. Are you?

& I wish I could believe you. But a part of me knows you feel the same way. That you DO care. So, why can't you just let her go?

Its like tug-a-war and I just can't seem to win. She says shes moved on, but she just won't let him free. He can't open up, because he wants her, not me.

Won't you ever let go of his heart? So he can turn and give it to me. You've had your chance in his life. You've played a part. Now let him free. Because this is hurting me.
