She pictured her life with him,
late nights laying in bed planning their future together,
waking up in eachothers arms.
until it all came crashing down,
and the lovely theory she made up,
became a sad nightmare.

Her heart chose to be with him; but he chose to be with her.

She just wants him back,
the old him who she could be herself around,
the him she didn't have to hide her emotions with,
because there was never any other emotion besides happiness.

She doesn't quite know how she feels,
but it's sad when the look on his face shows you every emotion he hasn't felt.

For once, she was so happy.
until that silent goodbye,
shattered her whole world,
and all her dreams came crashing down around her.
