My scars don't show, my wounds don't heal,
My mind is fuzzy, my body numb,
I can't think and I can't feel,
As I walk alone, into a cars bright lights.

I let go of my fake smile, I wipe away my mask,
I let the tears roll slowly, down my saddened face,
I whisper to myself, but inside I'm screaming.
