Whenever I get upset or sad, or even just bored stiff, I count by doubles (ex: 1, 2, 4, 8, and so on) as high as I can. Well, I just thought it might be of some help to anybody who needs it. |

Some kids my age write out their emotions when they are upset, others talk about it with their friends. I, on the other hand, listen to classical music like Maurice Ravel and read about pretty buildings. Yeah, that just calms me right down....... |
