Finally accepted my terms,
only to face a new battle...

The dangers of life;
wait around every corner...

Each day that I wait,
brings more nerves...

How did I ever let you,
into my guarded heart...

It was told to me that,
eyes are the window...

As the wind brushes the branches,
the leaves of the tree fall...

You are the apple in my eye,
And the sun in my sky...

Your face appeared,
With your blue-eyed gaze...

Too many years have passed,
Waking from this familiar daze...

At first we met, just out for some fun,
Halloween parties, come all but one...

Another long chapter finalized,
With an unsatisfying end...

Like the seasons,
we continue on this cycle...
