Why did you have to run on a night like this

I guess our story is ending here.

Take me back to the day when I turned and walked away and said its suppose to be this way.

We've been here way too many times before.

It's not suppose to be this way, I'm so far from okay. And if its all the same, then its just you thats okay.

My pen can only write your name, your filling every page.

Not everything is gunna be the way you think it ought to be.
It seems like everytime I try to make it right it all comes down on me.

This one's of me, losing the weight, and feeling afraid.
This one's of me, certain of cancer.

Don't bite your lip to hold back your smile.
Just think of this as bending the rules.
