The day you think you've figured out,

"O you who believe, bow and prostrate, worship your Lord and do good - that you may succeed." [Al-Hajj 22: verse 17]

"And he who turns back on his heels (to unbelief) will never harm Allah at all; but Allah will reward the grateful."[3:144]

O mankind! Remember the grace of Allah upon you! Is there any creator other than Allah
who provides for you from the sky (rain) and the earth? There is no deity [worthy of
worship] except Him, how then are you turning away (from Him)? (35:3)

And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed - all of them entirely. Then,
[O Muhammad], would you compel the people in order that they become believers? (10:99)

And the slaves of the Most Beneficent are those who walk on the earth in humility and
sedateness, and when the foolish address them (with bad words) they reply back with mild
words of gentleness. (25:63)

O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. (33:70)

O my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter -
that is the home of [permanent] settlement. (40:39)
