It is important to speak up and protest for justice, but equally important to speak out against injustices. You cannot attain a justice of longevity through the mechanisms of injustice. It only makes the foundations weak.

The foundation of a relationship isn’t made solid by good experiences, but through the resilience of struggles. No matter the wrong, you’ve got to be prepared to love and forgive.. That’s how relationships last.

We can measure the heart’s capacity to love by forgiveness. The heart has an input and output. It has a flow and return. Only when we refuse to forgive, turning a valve off, do we begin to notice that something isn’t working right before breaking down.
