What really happened between us,
You used to be my best friend...
My eyes are longing, waiting to cry,
But the tears always seem to well up and die...
*I didn't like this poem at first, but my friend...
As I drag myself down these hallways...
For the one dearest to my heart,
I'm not quite sure what to say...
It wasn't rape...
The height of my self worth...
You're the one I go to when my heart begins to...
And you've always understood that my smiles are...
I hear the clattering stones of Oz,
But I cry on and never pause...
Souls intertwined,
In a body of one...
My heart beats to the tune of death,
A disease too long inside of me...
*confused at the time...*
With this pencil that I write...
I picture your face,
And oh, how I smile...
