The days seem to last a lifetime
Time appears to just tick on
As I sit here all alone
Noticing every second that you're gone

Don't say you're sparing my feelings
Because I can take what's true
I mean what comes out of my mouth

You cannot change the past, you can only overcome it...

Duct tape can fix a broken heart but not a broken family...

I'm not even going to cry and get mad anymore. I just have learned to expect the lowest from the people I thought the highest of.

My philosophy of life is that I can die at any moment,
My tragedy of life is that I don't.

Put the knife to my pale white skin
Red pours out, erase my sin
Scars that stay, wounds that don't heal
Just look at how I've learned to deal...

People search all their lives
For what we have got
I seemed to have found happiness
When sorrow was all I sought

Two people love each other
you can see it in their stare
Or are they looking for
something that just isn't there

God, I think I'm going crazy
Maybe it's better than staying sane
But please don't ask me why
If there's a bullet in my brain
