My eyes are glass: broken and not worth looking into, but deep inside, I still want you to see.

My cold, mirthless eyes stare on into darkness. My broken, loveless heart throbs in eternal pain.

I don't think love needs a voice or physical appearance to base itself on, I believe that it is based in the heart and is only felt there.

Our friendship is as deep as the ocean. As wide as the Grand Canyon. As long as the Nile. And as strong as the love we possess in ourselves to give away our friendship, to hold each other up, and help each other through.

Time will heal our pain. Our wings will once again be whole. In time we will be able to fly, finding freedom and love and friendship in each other. Together our wings will forever sheild the other. We are protected for life with the love of friendship.
