How Does Someone Become A "Moderator"

hehe, I think there are quite a number of mods on this site... some of which I have not seen for a while... Goldenknight, Ann Marie, Sean Allen are all mods, and I know there are alot more I just can't remember them all... :S as for how to become one... just ask Janis about it ;)
