Oblivions Prayer

These bloodstained wings of vampyre kind
These fangs of death and hate
This dark impulsive urge to feed on those who tempt their fate
The blood lust that controls me
the power it can hold
A thousand dead sustain my life
But drain my humane soul

Shadows Beneath Heaven

This world is full of shadows,
Light comes from afar,
Much too pure and innocent,
This thriving, burning star.

Heaven must exist,
For hell, it feels so real,
Trapped inside this morbid dream,
Doomed to always feel.

Yes there's love, sweet sun and joy,
Though wicked rule the world,
Good and bad, the thread of all,
That's ever come unfurled.

Morning comes, but night shall fall,
Then shadows haunt this earth,
Tainting all that's ever lived,
Weakening our worth.

Do not let the darkness eat,
The soul you should hold dear,
Nothing kills you faster than,
Sweet bitterness and fear.

Gentle eyes
Stare,
Tender brown,
Puppy like.

Lips form
Three words
"I love
You".

Edge of mouth
Twitches,
The sides turn
Up.

One eyebrow
Is raised,
Head cocked
To one side.

Dark hair
Falls
Into puppy eyes,
Ruin the moment.

Fair skinned
Complexion,
And all I want
Is your love..

You have eyes
That bend will,
A smile
That can kill,

You have the face
Of an angel
Lost in gentle
Desire.

Blood crawl the silent streets
Of unconsciousness, Of secrecy
Contaminating frozen cold feet
Unaware of fervent death and adversity

Sonorous wicked voices fill the grail
Of holiness, Of sacredness and praise
Faith submerging to pleasures and ales
Satisfying each breath leading to
unbearable craze

Angels stare the forsaken land
With flux of tears, worn out mercy
Wings dispersing keeping wrath in hand
Will wash the sin stained creation of humanity

Shadows merry making within vast halls
Broadcasting foolishness, avidity and greed
Soon will fade, will be poured with enlightenment
Reinvent the kingdom where they feed

Warriors running through the wastleland
to the castle of the monster
steel gripped tightly in each hand
hoping there to find the cure

breaking through the doors
wood splintering like their skin
stairs lead to many floors
where oh where should you begin?

sweat dripping from each brow
carries their strength from each
didn't feel the sickness so strong 'till now
saps their health like a leach

unable to flee
from the monsters inside
they run towards the tower
where the evil they fear dost hide

he sees them now
and calls his minions
mindless creatures, oh how?
how many have fallen under his dominion?
and how many will fall until their evil they disavow?

they bathe in blood
that flows from the demons
they fall with a thud
each helps them become free-men

they yearn to be free
stripping their armor
they rush up towards me
each is a harmer

i feel the change coming
slivers of silver down my back
my mind is sucumbing
prepare for their attack

lunges at me,
i swat him aside
so new in their bodes,
now run they to hide

i catch each of them
not killing so quickly
not a single drop i spill
i'll drink my deep thickly

now spills from their throats
all their surprise
thought they'd live forever
each thought the other his allies

i ease into the pool
so warm right now
they think me a fool
my servants free reign to allow

a higher service they serve though
but they'll never know it
a single change they undergo
to them this i'd never admit

so i bathe in their blood
and let it seep in

Milky eyes staring straight into oblivion,
racing against thoughts turned into felon.
Static heartbeats tied to my ignorance,
embedding itself into opulence.

I tried to reach into your misery,
with the belief of my apology.
Words fading into thematic silence,
weaving confusion to shallow conscience.

Thoughts intertwined with evading memories,
I sleep with the weary hope of a wordless promise.
Staring at the vacant remains of vacuity,
we loose ourselves to the shallow ache of heresy.

My arrant oddities applaud with euphoria,
as I succumbed to my theatrical hysteria.
With the blatant verity in my thematic breath,
and my prudent obscurity, it's no wonder you left.
