I've finally made my wish,
just like you said.
You told me it'll come true,
then kissed my forehead.

I've made this special wish,
and I made it just for you.
You told me that you loved me,
and I told you I loved you, too.

I've made this silly little wish,
because you said that I should.
You told me I just had to believe,
and that you'd make sure I would.

I've made this important wish,
and I hope that you see.
The wish that I've made,
is for you to come back to me.

I made that stupid wish,
a long time ago.
I don't care anymore,
because you've sunk too low.

It's okay that you've left,
I'll be just fine without you.
I've met someone else,
who've made all my wishes come true.

Illusions are
Such harmful things.

Everything Happens for a Reason.

"Everything happens for a reason."
Oh, how the quote expatiates in my mind.
It is what I live by each day -
my life motto; what I deem.

It is the truth as to why things transpire -
the way that they do.
It elucidates life in it's entirety-
whether it be for the better or the worse.

Every heart that gets shattered -
shatters for a reason.
Every tear that is shed -
sheds for a reason.
Every lie that is told -
is told for a reason.

Although life is full of plenty of hassles,
Don't frown when you stumble on them.
Look within yourself and you'll really see-
Everything truly does happen for a reason-
And rather than crying and being sad,
Find the happiness within, and smile.

Whatever Happens, Happens... No Regrets.

As much as I want to be loved by you,
How audaciously I want everything to be indefectible,
I can't dissipate anymore time thinking,
I have to put my plans into action.

Whatever I may encounter in the process-
of telling you how I feel; whether good or bad-
I have to take the experience and acquire from it.
Whatever happens...will happen for a reason-
and I will not live with any regrets.

I'll lay my heart on the line
And disengage every feeling I've had kept obscure
for three whole years...and let everything unwind.
The concluding outcome is what I'll be contrived to deal with,
I'll have to put that smile back on my face- regardless,
and live my life the way I was perviously to liking you.

I sit in my computer chair
Constantly staring at the screen
My fingers typing with great care

Echoes diverts notes to follow
Tomorrow will give a better tune

Eyes open wide follow the stream
Dine along pastures green
Tranquility flies all around

Twas a tale of new
and a tale of old,
a tale quite uncommon
yet one widely told.

It had been a story
of teenagers once loved,
which ended in peril
upon a hand ungloved.

Romeo met Juliet
in midst a calm nigh'
thy chastity is strong
though her heart did cry.

Passion and valor
led him to request,
the name of his lover
inscribed upon thy crest.

An utterance of pain
surpassed her lips,
you see she held the name
of a lady Capulet.

The sole foe
of the family Montague,
left young Romeo
crushed, broken in two.

Faith in their future
the two would meet,
gradually growing closer
through a love so discreet.

Though stubbornness stands
and traditions cling,
uncertainty lands
as gunshots ring.

A well thought plan
put onto paper,
less successful in life
in this romantic caper.

On bended knees
Romeo can't believe
his tranquil Juliet
dead before thee.

Yet a ruse to fool
those once held dear,
Romeo left unaware,
could not persevere.

The poison upon thy lips
held dear Romeo content,
as Juliet rose to life
only to forever repent.

Thy dagger through skin
driven far to deep,
not a sound broke silence
as she fell to sleep.

It was a tale of old
one once renewed,
The story not meant to be told,
of a Capulet and Montague

(wasnt quite sure i could use another storyline, but Shakespeare is possibly my idol of all time when it comes to my writings. I tried turning it into something to my name but that will be for another time =). Sorry bout the Old English. Was trying something new =/)
