Let's go Clubbin!

So my friend Ally is turning 18 in Feb. and we are both girls who are pretty tame. We go hang out but we don't break rules (usually) we don't party, you know. We just hang. anyway, for her birthday i am taking her to a club. I live in LA area so I want a good club close by.

Have any suggestions?
I think she wants to go to as many as we can, so suggestions are welcome. For her birthday, we're going to a goth club, but don't know of any. Help?
