OMG, I just had that same problem a few days ago, and Joe helped... I dont know how he did it, but i send him my pix and he resized it for me!!
He is a moderator- Italian Stallion....

Use any art program and crop it to the size <130x150>

make sure its 20kb and under.

jpeg and giff files work best for me.
