Was I hacked

Should I be worried a computer was hacked?

We normally do not pay attention when a computer is shuting down and we leave our others on constantly. But when shuting this one down, my mom noticed it said others were logged onto the IP.

We have a router that each computer is hooked into through a long ethernet cord. Should I be concerened or is this the router. This never happened before!
