Looking for ' bloody train tracks' poem

Hey :)
So I believe the title is bloody train tracks but I'm not quite sure..I read it on here but I can't seem to find it anymore so I was hoping someone could help?
I only remember the last few lines:
Prove to yourself I'm nothing
Prove it with my pain
Leave me amongst your past
Or on the rails to bloody the train
