Who inspires you

Ok so most of us on here are poets i know some are just here to talk or read them

but to those of us that are who inspired you
whether it be a person, a poet, animals, the night sky whatever it may be i wanna know

mine would have to be hermann hesse
a novelist, painter and a poet
i suggest you to look him up
in particular stages

anyways i dont know if this is the write section pls tell me if not

I didnt really have anyone who inspired me to write ... i just wrote when i was either upset/angry or i simply felt like it.

however for a while, i hadn't written anything because i couldnt write anything, and then i met someone, and he inspired me to write again, and im really glad he did! :)

I don't think there is anyone who inspired me to write poetry. Perhaps it was Robert Frost? I really liked his poem about the uh, forest or something . . . ?

If anything, maybe it was music, since song's are really poems with a beat.

I was inspired by people who wanted me to write poetry. I am an author, but knowing people would be interested in my work (even if it was poorly written poetry) gave me that drive to try. The inspiration to my writing and themes, however, is definitely love, passion, and yearning. I've always wanted to cause passion through my words... if that's not too weird, of course.

I'm inspired by challenges... mostly ones which challenge my beliefs.

My mum used to inspire me, but that since changed... so I'd say either my friends, my ancient history teacher or my grandparents. (:

I was inspired by my own feelings...I needed a way to release my anger, depression, and sometimes happiness.
Also, my teacher assigned us a project where we hadda write poetry and that inspired me to write more often.
