Art of letting go

... If you have a bestfriend that you really love ...
and you realize that you fell for her ... and eventually she
found out about that ...

would you... leave her/him or stay ...

me ...i'd done what i think was necessary for me ...
we were friends for than a year ... and i fell for her
but she didn't like it .... so i said my last words ...

it hurts ... but it would hurt more if i see her with another man ... but i want her to be happy ... even if its not me

anyone out there ... got their thoughts i'd like to see your
opinions or stories ...

If you really wanted her to be happy then you wouldn't have let her go like that. Do you think she was very happy when she found out that you weren't going to be her friend anymore because she didn't love you like you loved her? It seems a little selfish to me. Perhaps instead of letting her go, you should have let your feelings go. Just my unprofessional opinion.

I though of that ... of me being so less manly and selfish
