Help, trouble in writing

I dont know whats wrong, but i stop writing poems and stories for about 2years now..

i got a lot of things on my mind but when i started writing, it seems doesnt make sense, im having hard time using correct word, comprehension stated to get short..

help, what can i do? all this time i thought im into it, i just cant figure out why it just stop

I'd say try to not worry that the poems aren't coming out right. I'm back in a period of writing now, but for about a year there I'd only write a poem every couple of months, if that. The thing that I think got me back into it was "forcing" myself to just keep writing. (That sounds weird, because I'd think you shouldn't have to force writing, but there you go.) Start small, write about anything, and don't worry if it's crap at first. I think any sort of creative writing puts you into that artistic mindset. Then, once you're there, THAT seems to be when the poems just "happen."

Dont try so hard. words will come when they want to come.
