Over my fear

Okay you guys helped me alot. i'm over my fear and i know the person i should kiss, the problem is she's my best friend. and she has a boyfriend that doesnt pay attention to her.

Well first off im just coming in now so i dont know whats going on but i believe that if she likes you too, then ask her out. dont just kiss her... but thats just my opinion i dont know the whole back story

Well, you should just ask her who she likes. Tell her,
"As your best friend, you should tell me who you like!"

Or when y'all are hangin and it may get quiet, look deep into her eyes and lean closer. Then let it happen.
