YouTube/OneTrueMedia Help

Okay, I am trying desperatly to publish a video to Youtube using OneTrueMedia.
It's saying that if I want to publish a video more than one minute long I have to purchase the premium version, but I think this applies for each video publisher thing.
So, how do I publish my video without buying the premium version??
Any suggestions?

Hi, first of all, I am not an expert on youtube; however, from my knowledge and research, videos can be up to 15mins long.
