I want an explenation of why people cut themselves one that make

Well i want an explenation of why people cut themselvs there is no purpose for it cause it ownt end pain at all it might end your emotional pain and some physical but it really does nothing I think people who do only think of themselves becuase they are putting pain on others and only caring how they feel I know there is going to be much controversy with what i say and most of you will be mad but i jsut dont see the point in it i have done it before but now that i think about it , it is enver an ends to any pain it only ever made me feel worse and those around me feel bad for me and id rather not have soemone sad around me at all becuase of me just because of my sorrow why should other suffer???

Just post what you think opinions I stated mine dont go off on me if you dont like it just dont listen to me I just want to have a serious answer from someone...

how, is it dealing more pain when all it does is make you feel worse about yourself thats what they are yet to realize they arent dealing with the pain either they are just procrastinating it you cant sit and delay pain it is inevitable it will hurt alot more and they are selfish because they care what people think so they are only caring about the fact of how they feel and they dont realize it does hurt others

no they actually do care if people think they cut im not saying it is a way to get attention but in some cases yes but mostly it is a case of wanting someone to care they want the pain to end and when you think you have nobody that cares , it is what you want

I cut, I cant explain I guess when everything messed up then some of us feel we have no other thing to turn to, I mean some people are really messed up, I dont do it to hurt people no way but what other way to get away from everything is there I've tried everything else

its all good love reading opinions just wish people wouldnt do it i try to put all my pain in poems thats why i dont do it anymore

People cut thereselfs to relieve pain and to express there feelings the best they know how to with out exploding then again some cutters, cut for diffrent reasons but it all goes back to pain....

i think people cut because they dont have any other way to release their pain. most people who are that much in pain cant cry, the tears just dont come, and thats a major pain releaver. then they turn to other ways and they get caught up in burning or cutting or some form of self harm

I do have a clue i told you i used to do it and thanks yall just somethings i needed understood that will never be...

nvm it all i said about it being bad it isnt bad it does make you feel better for me anyway

i know cutting is bad... ive done it in the past.... part of me wanted to hurt myself but the other part wanted me to get ppl to know i was really upset and realise it's more serious than it looks.... is that wrong? am i just another attension seeker? i don't know....???

vix, thats actually the only answer that i've ever heard from anyone that seems to make any sense. i dont really see the point in cutting. i still dont think its right or that it helps any (not afterwards anywayz) but i think i understand it a little better. thanks.
