    Since first posting in here, I've discovered the best way to make me get to the gym: appeal to my cheapness!

    If I go 12 times a month, my health insurance takes 20 dollars off of the gym membership, and I'll only have to pay 11 bucks. Yeeeeeah!

    Of course, this month there were some times where I was out of town, sick, or lazy, so I'm finding I have to go every day until the end of April to make it. Really, that's only two more days, but still. Yesterday I was rushing to coordinate a surprise party, but still had to go to the gym, so I went for literally five minutes. Ha! Normally once I'm there, I figure I can just stay and suck it up, but I was in a hurry!

    It is my daily routine to exercise everyday..like jogging, bicycling, and sit ups before 3 hrs before going work...

    I'm gonna order the insanity workout too :). My neighborhood isn't safe to run by yourself in & i hate hate the treadmill. I'm a runner but outside haha :)

    I'm a surfer and that's really good exercise and its something I love doing so it doesn't seem like a "workout". Also, its like an escape for me, when I go surfing I literally forget about everything going on in my life, if you wanna get into shape you should find something you love doing:)

    I run a lot as well but absolutely nothing beats surfing:)

    I've never gone surfing. I love to run, but my neighborhood isnt safe. I told my boyfriend that I want to get that work out plan and he said I was crazy and doesn't see why i need to when Im perfect lmao

    For me it's definitely running. I try to do about 2 and a half miles each day twice a day -- mornings and evenings. Oh and swimming, that too. I used to run cross country and track but screwed up my ankle too much, so now that I'm somewhat recovered I run on my own time. I also do sit ups ams push ups.

    I used to work out, but Idk. Running is more my thing. it frees your mind of everything. But out here, there are kidnappings and killings and people getting shot and my dad doesnt want me out by myself. grrrr

    i'm glad your recovered :)
    i miss cheerleading only for the work outs

    What about a local gym or a track? Or always bring a running buddy. My town isnt the safest place so i always carry a phone or a friend and most definately run while it's still daylight.

    My car needs a new engine, so can't till than. Also where I live none of my friends are at sadly. I'm in the middle of nowhere and they live like 30-45 minutes away at the closest and i'd hate to drive that far for just a run.

    we also get alot of wild dogs out here. when people alone walk out here they carry baseball bats and golf clubs. i hate living here -_-. Thats why I wanna get a workout program i do at home lol
