Writing Poetry Again After A Long Time

I used to write poetry a few years a go and I want to start again but I don't know where to start because I have not got any good ideas lately. Can anyone help me please, I would really appreciate it.

Acrostic poems are an easy way to re spark poetry again. when I started again I just pick a subject and think about it for a while, then mess around with words and sentances.

Using the Verb Sentences is a good way to start again. Example...
I am
I feel
I wish
I miss
hear, want, see, smell, believe etc.... Write sentences for each one and then you can muddle them around to make a poem from them.
