My 1st new poem in 7 years, about abuse

Hi folks. I joined this site over a decade ago and used to be very active, wrote all the time. Life happened. Tonight I wrote the first thing worth posting in SEVEN YEARS.

I am very interested to see what everyone thinks. Positive support will hopefully keep me inspire to write even more. I will gladly come checkout your poems as well.

This one is long but hopefully flows well enough for a good read. My heart is in it.
