It's April 23rd...

World Book Day.
The event is commemorated every year by the (Unesco) to promote reading, publishing and copyright.

I'm so excited, heard about some reading challenges and a bazaar for new and second-hand books near my house, starts at 4 pm.

Any special celebrations in your areas?

Umm...honestly, I came to know of this 'World Book day' today. I'll search for more in the net. Reading challenges and all sounds quite interesting and fun. It's sad that we do not celebrate it here.

It's been awesome day, despite the tension in my city.
