PLEASE HELP ME=(

I seriously need help, and I'll do anything for it. Someone has plagiarized my poem named "The fate of a dreamer", and submitted it here: http://khmer.cc/community/t.c?b=9&t=3015

I have submitted it here on Poems and quotes, and on a site called teenpoetry.studentcenter.org.

What do I do?

I tried to join that khmer site, but you cannot sign up if you only have a free E-mail, and I do.

Can anyone help me? Please!!!
