Divorced Parents?

My parents are in the middle of a two year divorce.

No problem- They are better off apart :)

My parents divorced this summer...so its like..yea

I'm sorry for you guys who's parent's have split, it's not nice.
My life is a tricky story. My mum had me with my real dad, but he got violent and she left him, and then met my 'dad' when i was about 3. They fell in love, had a great time, but they didn't get married. But my 'dad' got more and more violent by each day, but my mum didn't want to leave him because she wanted me to have a 'father figure' in my life, and now i blame myself for what she's gone through and still does. It's because of me that she stayed with him. But now, me and my mum don't live with him anymore, but he still comes round to see me :?. But every now and then, he does get violent, but i just grab the phone n threaten to call the police on his ugly ass and so he leaves hehe. But the thing is, he really loves me to bits, he would never do anything to hurt me (appart from beating my mum up in front of me). I don't get him, he is a skitso i think, one moment he is so lovely with my mum, laughing, joking, and the next, *bang*. But yeah, i'm without a dadda 2, i actually kinda like it...just me n my mum, we hav sum fun. But, i guess every now and then i do wish i had a perfect dad, i wonder what my real dad looked lyk, but other tyms i just dnt care. Anyhoo, that's my story.

yeh mi parents have been since i was 9.... tho it was an easy one so didn't affect me much.

I agree with you Matt.
I like it with it just being me n my mum, but my mum has always been more stricked than my dad - my dad is actually my step-dad, but i call him dad bcoz he's been lyk my dad since i was 3.
