How important is eye contact

How important is eye contact when you're talking to someone you like, and are interested in dating?

Paramount.

Use it with regular glances. Anything over 3 seconds is probably too long, but do it regularly.

Little and often as they say in some place.

I agree with Bret here. Eye contact is extremely important. But constant eye contact can make a person uncomfortable as it is usually seen as an agressive act. But regular, short intervals of eye contact can uncrease your attractiveness to others as well as give the impression of attraction.

Eye contact is a necessity, but it has to be pulled off perfectly so that it is not creepy.

Look away enough to keep her interested, but look her in her eyes enough to make her feel listened to.

I think that eye contact is very important. You don't want to much or to little. A nice happy medium. Just act normal as if you were around family and friends. If you are looking around all the time you will appear nervous.

It's just creepy when a guy wont stop looking at you.....smile when you do it too!
