I actually think that it is really true... teenagers have no clue about themselves and they are tragically misunderstood by many, however it is all really simple:

They are young. They will grow up and life will temper them. They will find their place and operate within it because the world will bend them or break them, but stop wasting time trying to do it yourself when the world and time will do it for you. Guide them to be the best they can be, and other than that leave them to wallow in their sorrow before they discover the world does not revolve around their teenage angst.

Matt, you know you're on the right track. I dont worry about you, I worry about the rest of the teenage world.
