help! Poetry style!

There are so many poetry styles you shouldn't even have a problem.

Do a search on google for "Poetry Forms"

The list is endless...

If you cannot write in more than one form, maybe you should stop writing.

Even so... your friend's poetry should have no effect whatsoever on your own.

You cannot own a poetry style. It is not yours to keep. If your friend wishes to write in that style, then 'hell yeah' for her.
