Intelligent Chat: Legalization

I havent read this..... but I'll come back and read it.

Is there an unwritten rule somewhere that the "Intelligent Chats" are in the members message forum? Because that rule is now being broken.

A good point indeed. I have waited awhile for one such as yourself to bring a topic, such as this, up for discussion. Many good points have been made I may not agree with all that has been said, but a good point indeed.
