I am a scorpions fan too! I was going to say my favorite song was Still Loving You but you beat me to it. I like the CD Love at First Sting! I like just about all the songs on it. It's been awhile since I have really listened to some of my older stuff. After reading this post it made me bust some of it out. I like a wide variety of music! This is music from back in my day!

That's to funny I love Tesla too! In fact my friend has my cassette tape LoL! I don't have that on CD! I only have the one. I'm really not sure how many CD's they have. I will see which one I have when I get it back. I know I love all the songs on it! I have heard Tesla is really good in concert! I have heard AC/DC sucks. I have been to a lot of concerts. Deep Purple was really good in concert if you have heard of them. LOL Well enough about my old music it's starting to make me feel really old.

Born, I am digging all the music talk
threads in the forums lately. They are
bring back a lot of great memories.

The Scorpions are one more favorite band
of mine. But I haven’t seen them live yet,
    Dang!!!
Scorpion’s “Black Out” rocked me in the 80s
It was one of the favorite songs we played
in rock clubs when I lived in the San Diego
    area Carlsbad, California.
There I meet Jimmy Dee a lead guitar player and
roadie (guitar tech) at that time for Tesla. Jimmy
asked me if I would jam with him at a recording
studio in Carlsbad. The studio belonged to a guy
from the U.S.S.R. who’s band “Flight 19” and him
was the first rock band who defected to the U.S. I
meet them in 1989 and Flight 19 had a write up in
Rolling Stone Magazine. In 1990 I moved back to
Las Vegas and lost contact with them, so it makes
me wonder what they are doing today.

    born2jam4pride09,
Thanks for bringing back memories of living,
working and jamming in Southern California’s
rock clubs in the late 1980s.
I wish you and your band the best of luck. The
adventures in your life playing in bands meeting
people and other bands, will be one of the most
enjoyable and exciting memories in your life.
Happy Trails to you and yours and Rock On.

You should be getting a record deal on your musical ability not on your daddies bank account.

Now days the record deal is paid by the bands.
In the fact that the band has to prove them self’s
and pay for the lead acts at concerts they perform
at. So, bands need money and a following of fans
before a record label will pick them up. The band
then pays back the money that the record label has
put up in the contract. Now days it is harder then
ever to get signed. Good luck born, hope to hear
    your band soon.

    Peace Out
