SAD NEWS:

I was so shocked when i heard the new today. If people don't no. Kylie has bin diagnosed with breast cancer :'(. It was on the new this morning. : ( just thought people would like to know.

I'm sorry, this will sound really black-hearted, but I do care. It's just that they're making such a big fuss out of it all, it's making it sound like she's the only woman in the world who has it! Two of my aunts died from breast cancer, and it is a horriffic illness, I would say it's being spread across the news for publicity, but I don't actually think that is the case. But they've blown it so out of proportion. People are diagnosed with it everyday, just because she's famous, it doesn't make things any different. I'm really sorry if i sound cold hearted, but after loosing my two aunts to it, it's just the way i feel! I do wish her a speedy recovery though, her family must be going through hell. x

This is not publicity. This really is or ought to be about breast cancer awareness.

Kylie is/was symbolic of health and vitality.

I wasn't trying to spread publicty but tell people of the news. Like people who are good fans of her. I am not such a great fan of her's but i still find it awful. I would hate to have any kind of cancer : (

No offence. She's captivated a generation with her music, no doubts about that. Thousands die of starvation in africa each day, its not mentioned by the media. Kylie gets breast cancer, though bad, does it warrant every front page of the newspapers in the uk? Im cynical about that

I've got to say, there are so many other worse things going on in the world, she is just one woman, I nearly lost my gran to cancer and I may lose my mum but thats not in the paper, I feel sorry for her, It must be hard and I hope she gets better, I just think the media should cover things such as the problems in africa which are terrible, I agree with hussain...

i dont really give a damn jus cos shes fam,ous it dont mean she can gett all this attention form breast cancer. i kno people who hav died from it but they get no media coverage. its just a money making scheme from her illness as far as im concerned

I dont like Kylie Minogue at all. but i do feel sorry 4 her. my moms aunt died from breast cancer. i would hate to have it. i hopes she gets well even tho i dont like her.
